Shipping policy
Please keep in mind due to complications regarding the COVID-19 virus and social distancing practices orders may take 7-14 business days to process and ship. This policy begins 24 hours after your order is placed and processed. We are a US-based company that has partnered with various production partners around the world, to provide products for our customers.
Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.
Can My Order Be Expedited?
Yes, please contact us if you have an event or special occasion that requires expedited processing and shipping. To expedite an item is an additional cost that will need to be sent separately via PayPal.
Why can't I select faster shipping at checkout?
Some designers do not offer multistable or reusable shipping (if in question, see above question) options or they only offer one (1) shipping selection. If this is the case, we have selected the most economical or the only shipping method available.
My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?
USPS, FedEx, and UPS are responsible for the delivery of the package(s). In the event, you are unable to locate the package(s) posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting the shipping method listed in your order.
Shipping Address Issues
Chauntelle Charisse Outlet Stores WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies which include lost, stolen, misplaced, stolen from the doorstep, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes.
DELIVERY FAILED
If your order is returned to our facility due to any address discrepancies you will be completely refunded.
If your delivery fails and contains a sold-out item we will invoice the shipping fee to reship your order to the updated address if requested. Alternatively, you can receive a refund for the cost of the merchandise.
Delivery Refused
What happens if you refuse to accept your delivery? If the order is returned to us, once we have received the items, we will refund 50% of your payment to you.
Damaged Products
C Charisse Outlet Stores WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Why is my order taking so long?
Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as the delivery service scans your order in. This does not mean your order is lost, it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days. Please only contact us about this if your order has surpassed 30 days of the estimated time for shipment.
Oversold Items
It is uncommon but under the unfortunate circumstance that an item has been oversold and we are not able to ship the said item with your order you will be refunded for the missing item and the remainder of your order will ship. If your whole order consists of that one item you will be refunded shipping also.
