Refund policy

We desire to have our customers 100% satisfied with our product. To qualify for returns or exchanges. All items that must be returned are required to be in new condition (unworn/unwashed, with tags attached to the item) within 3 days of delivery/receiving the item. If we are not notified within three business days of receiving your item(s), you will no longer be able to return the item(s). You must send a photo of the product, the tags attached, and an order invoice. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we have made a printing error or the item arrived defective, please email us at sales@ccharisse.com, and we will gladly make things right. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN REFUNDS.

Personalized Products: Due to the nature of these products, there are no refunds offered on personalized products. All personalized products are printed with the name(s) as provided by the customer.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON DIGITAL PRODUCTS, EBOOKS, TEMPLATES, EDITABLE TEMPLATES, PLANNERS, COURSES, MENTORING, OR GOAL SETTING SESSIONS.

HOLIDAY PURCHASES: NO REFUNDS are given for items purchased between October 15 and February 28th due to high fraud alerts. All products purchased with store credit will not be refunded in cash. One (1) store credit per exchanged item is allowed.
