Digital Products and Online Courses
How will I receive my product?
All eBooks and digital files will be available for instant download once your payment is confirmed. You’ll also receive an email with a secure link to access your purchased items.
I can’t find the email. What do I do?
If your purchase email isn’t in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder. Still missing? Contact us at sales@ccharisse.com and we’ll respond within 12–24 hours to get your items to you quickly.
What if I purchased the wrong item?
Because digital products are instant downloads, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please double-check your cart before purchasing.
Am I able to edit and resell the products I purchase?
Some of our digital products come with PLR (Private Label Rights), which will be clearly marked. These files can be edited in Canva, rebranded with your logo, fonts, and colors, and resold as your own. All other items are for personal use only and cannot be resold.
Bootcamps, Workshops & Consulting
Are Bootcamp or Consulting sessions refundable?
All live bootcamps, workshops, and one-on-one consulting sessions are non-refundable once purchased. These services require pre-scheduling, preparation, and reserved time. Please review all event details carefully before registering.
What if I cannot attend a Bootcamp after registering?
If you cannot attend a scheduled bootcamp, please contact us at sales@ccharisse.com at least 48 hours in advance. When possible, we will provide access to a replay, reschedule you into a future bootcamp, or offer credit toward another training.
What if I need to reschedule a Consulting Session?
Consulting sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Physical Products
When will my order ship?
Orders are sent to production within 1–2 business days. Shipping and transit times typically take 7–10 business days after production is complete. Delivery times may vary during holiday seasons.
Where do my orders ship from?
We partner with trusted production teams across the U.S. Depending on your order, items may arrive in separate packages and on different days.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Please note: FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Be sure to provide a physical street address to avoid delays.
